The CIVIL SERVICE GUIDE Project collects and organizes rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, orders, circulars, statutes, and jurisprudence relating to civil service in the Philippines. Relevant issuances from the different agencies of the government are entered into the database to facilitate legal research.
